Hubei Wanda Fine Castery, Inc. is located on the southern shore of Yichang City, an area of 40,000 square metres from the Yangtze Three Isthmus exit. It is attached to a precision casting workshop, a precision exercise workshop, a mould centre, a mechanical processing workshop and a quality detection centre. Founded in 2003, it was created by a combination of Iidu Manchurian Fine Castery Co. Ltd. and Iidu Manchuria Precise Exercise Co. Ltd., with 300 employees, with a Silicon Solute Casting Production Line, a V-manufacturing Production Line, and four thermal modelling Lines. From product development, mold design, processing to formation, grinding, thermal treatment, projectiles, welding, spray paints, we provide internal manufacturing and quality control for the entire process. With regard to quality control, we have a strict quality control team, with the help of a spectrometer, a three-coordinate meter, a gold analyser, a stretcher tester, ultrasound injuries, magnets, hardness detection, etc., in each process, which ensures the delivery of high-quality products to the client on the basis of a quality management system.
