The 3V instrument is located in the town of Suzhou, a high-tech enterprise that specializes in the development, production, sale and laboratory testing of analytical instruments. It is registered as Suzhou Three-value Precision Instruments Ltd. with a trademark of 3V-ray. The Sioux State Three-value Precision Instruments Ltd. was established on 6 November 2008 with a registered capital of $10 million, which quickly opened up the domestic market in its first year of existence and successfully doubled sales revenues to over $10 million in the second year. Since 2010, the company has achieved over $60 million in sales of its products, and after the rapid growth of recent years, the company has grown rapidly into a similar market, with initial brand effects. At present, there are 106 employees in the company, of whom 80 have post-secondary education and 12 have post-graduate education, of whom 68 are technical staff.
