Factory introduction
The Ningzhou City Company for Mechanical Manufacturing is located on North Road for Entrepreneurship in the Ningzhou Economic Technology Development Zone, Anhui Province, and was established in May 2008 (formerly the company ' s Zingyu model) with an area of 50,000 square metres, as a private high-tech enterprise that combines casting automation equipment, heat-processing automation equipment, casting modelling research and development, and is made to be integrated. In 2009, the only "research and development base for the production of grinding casting equipment" was designated by the Grinding Castery Branch.
The company specializes in the development, production and sale of the automated casting line for iron smoulders, thermal processing of automated casting lines, horizontal styling machines, styling machines, casting moulds, environmentally friendly dust removal and flue gas purification equipment. It has had nearly two decades of experience in the production of casting equipment, especially the automated casting line for iron smoulders, which has subverted the traditional pattern of the same industry, and has truly achieved the intellectualization of casting equipment, representing the leading level of today's products of the same kind, and now has more than a hundred iron smouling production lines that have been well applied in the different products of the casting enterprises.
The company has a highly qualified workforce, with more than 20 per cent of the professional R & D staff and a full range of specialized personnel, such as machines, electricity, gold processing, hydraulics and aerodynamics (all equipment is manufactured and processed within the company without third parties)
