Research and development of technologies for the production of machinery and equipment; network technology, network technology and processing of network information; technology development, technology transfer, technical advice and technical services in the field of computers; software development; information system integration services; marketing planning services; import and export of goods or technology (except for goods and technologies whose import and export are prohibited by the State or which involve administrative approval); fire-fighting facility engineering services; sale (including on-line) of mineral products (other than State-controlled, stone-free), construction materials (other than stone and hazardous chemicals), chemical products (other than hazardous chemicals), packaging materials, lubricants, fuel oils (other than finished oil, hazardous chemicals), mechanical equipment and their accessories, fire-fighting equipment, safety automated control equipment, hardware products, electronics, photographic equipment, sound equipment and equipment, office equipment, textiles, clothing, daily supplies, leather products, paper products, wood products, furniture, sporting goods (other than smelting items requiring clean pre-licing), office supplies, stationery, crafts (others without value-added telecommunications, financial services), general cargo storage services; domestic freight forwarding services; and dangerous handling services (all chemicals).
